NovaSat is an advanced nanosatellite bus perfectly fit for In-Orbit Demonstration missions, and offered by NovaNano starting from Q4 2011.
NovaSat bus provides to its payloads throughout the mission lifetime all essential functionalities such as: thermal and mechanical protection, power supply, pointing capability, data storage, communications.
The nanosatellite bus integrates an array of disruptive technology bricks for this class of satellites. It is a result of intensive internal research and collaboration programs with top French R&D labs and industrials.
NovaSat™ is also an evolutionary and modular line of products: 3 iterations of the nanosatellite bus are scheduled for the coming 3 years, with an industrial product ready at the and of each phase. Depending on the timing and associate launch opportunities (Launch Services) the customer will have the choice between following versions of NovaSat™:
